My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and clean upon arrival, but being high up meant early noise from street cleaners. The service was exceptional and welcoming, with the only drawback being the unexpected bag handling. The location was excellent, although some items in the room were damaged. The dining experience was good, but it should have been included in the prices. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
